Our Available Payment methods

The following payment methods are available in our webshop:

Bank transfer:
The order-amount can be transferred to the IBAN account number NL 88 RABO 0111 5968 74 of Clean Air Optima Int. BV in Hengelo.
State the order number and your customer number. You will receive all necessary information in the order confirmation

Creditcard:
Payment can be made with the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro. The credit card details can be entered safely via a secure SSL procedure.

PayPal:
Pay quickly and easily via your PayPal account which is linked to your bank account or credit card.

SEPA credit transfer
SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) is a cooperation between the European Union and European banks and makes payment transactions in Europe easier. A SEPA transfer allows you to make a payment via bank transfer.

How long does it take until my payment is received?

When you use the credit card or PayPal payment method, we receive your payment directly into our system.
Bank payments can take between 1 and 3 business days.

Invoices and VAT

The invoice is the proof of purchase that you will receive once the order has been processed. The invoices are also stored in your Clean Air Optima account. If you do not have an account, the invoice can be sent digitally by our customer service.
It is not possible to adjust the invoice afterwards.

If you order for business, a VAT number can be entered during the ordering process. The VAT number is stated on the invoice. With a business intra-community supply with a valid VAT number, you will receive an invoice without VAT.

Payment failed or declined

If the payment has failed, we advise you to check whether the amount has been debited from the account. If this is not the case, the order can be placed again. Please contact our customer service if the amount has been debited but you have not received an order confirmation.
Can't place the order? Our customer service will be happy to assist you.

Can I also pay after the order is placed?

It is not possible to pay after ordering with Clean Air Optima.

Coupons and discount codes

There may be temporary promotions with a discount code. You can redeem this during the checkout process.
Discount codes are only distributed via the newsletter, webshop or via our customer service. Discount codes obtained in another way (eg other webshop) are not valid.
